How do I book your services?

What is the lead time required for scheduling a shoot with your team?
Typically, we require at least 2 weeks of notice, but do not hesitate to reach out to us incase you have a tighter timeline, we will try our best to accomodate your needs if our bandwidth permits.

What do I need to provide to your team during the pre-production stage?
After you approve the project, please ship your products to our Bangalore studio. Once we receive them, we’ll schedule a call with your team to present a mood board of the intended shots. All we need from you at this point is approval on the visual direction, and then we’ll prepare our gear for the shoot. -
Is it important for me to have a specific vision in mind for the shoot, or is it acceptable if I am not completely certain about what I want?
No worries! Fill out our questionnaire, which will help both of us with your vision.

How will your services be priced?
Once we have completed an initial call and we have a clear understanding of the services you need, the time frame and complexity of the project, a quotation will be sent to you on your email ID. The cost of our Product Photography services will vary based on the package you select. -
Do I need to make an advance payment?
Yes, as part of our payment policy, we require 50% of the payment to be made prior to the photoshoot. We will require a second installment of 25% after the review of the first drafts. We shall hand over the final lot of images after the remaining installment of 25% has been cleared.

Do you provide assistance for finding locations, make-up artists, models, etc.?

Will our photos be edited and retouched?
Yes. Depending on the complexity of the project, the edits and retouching may take no more than 2 weeks. -
Are you able to visit an outdoor location for the shoot?
We would be happy to accommodate your preferred location for the photoshoot. Please feel free to suggest any location, and we will work with you to ensure that it meets our requirements and is feasible for the shoot.
