All services are provided on a project-by-project basis, governed by individual proposals, estimates, and service agreements.

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Project Scope and Revisions

Each project will have a defined scope agreed upon before commencement. Minor revisions are typically included, but excessive changes may incur additional charges. Scope changes require written approval and may affect timelines and pricing.

Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to begin work.
• Final payment is due upon project completion, prior to delivery of final assets.
• Late payments may incur interest or fees as stipulated in your invoice.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays. Delays in client response may extend delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: We retain rights to all concepts and drafts not selected or paid for.
• Usage Rights: Final deliverables are transferred to you upon full payment, unless otherwise stated.
• Credits: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Confidentiality

We agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the project. A separate NDA can be signed upon request.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. You will be responsible for payment of work completed up to the point of termination.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karnataka.
