Project Initiation & Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the total project cost) is required to confirm and initiate any project.
• This deposit covers initial consultation, resource allocation, and preliminary design work.

Cancellation by Client

If you choose to cancel the project:

• Before project work begins: You may receive a partial refund of your deposit, minus any administrative or consultation costs already incurred.
• After project work begins: No refunds will be issued. You will be invoiced for the work completed up to the cancellation date, which may exceed the initial deposit.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

We reserve the right to cancel a project at our discretion due to non-payment, lack of required input from the client, or violation of our Terms and Conditions. In such cases:

• We will provide reasonable notice and justification.
• A refund may be issued at our discretion for any unused portion of the deposit, minus work already completed.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are not issued under the following circumstances:

• If the client is unresponsive or provides incomplete or unclear instructions.
• If the final deliverables have been approved and delivered.
• If delays or dissatisfaction arise from a change in scope or direction after project commencement.

Revisions and Dissatisfaction

We offer a reasonable number of revisions within the scope defined in the proposal. If you're dissatisfied with our work, please notify us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds will not be issued due to subjective preferences once work is completed as per agreed specifications.

Digital Product Policy (if applicable)

For any digital goods such as templates, logos, or design files sold through our website or platforms:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be provided once the product is delivered or downloaded.
